Great! You’re one step closer to getting everything set up.
However, connecting a domain name can be a little tricky, especially if you're not familiar with DNS settings. If your current website is already live, a single mistake could inadvertently take it offline or disrupt email routing.
To avoid that, we strongly recommend booking an onboarding meeting (if you haven’t already). During the call, we’ll walk you through the domain connection process step-by-step and make sure everything is done correctly, without risking your existing website or services.
If you’re comfortable doing it yourself, here are the detailed instructions. But when in doubt, it’s better to have support on the call.
Book your onboarding meeting, and we’ll help you get your domain connected the right way.
Yes. You can connect your current domain (whether it's from GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.) to ClickUpLocal. Once connected, you’ll be able to use it for your funnels, website, and messaging system.
You’ll need to log into your domain provider and update your DNS settings. We’ll give you exact CNAME records to copy and paste. It usually takes just a few minutes.
No problem. We provide step-by-step instructions, and if you happen to encounter any issues, our team is here to help you. We can even walk you through it on a quick screen share if needed.

Most domain connections are live within 15 minutes, but some may take up to 24–48 hours to fully update across the internet. You’ll receive a confirmation once your domain is live.
Yes. You can connect multiple domains or subdomains to your ClickUpLocal account, which is helpful if you run multiple campaigns or brands.
